Alexandria Skinner, Attorney at Law

I live in Colorado and needed to start taking over my mom’s affairs about 6 years ago when mom was living in her home state of SC. Ms. Skinner was instrumental in helping me draft and record Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives, and a Will. These documents helped me take charge of mom’s affairs by long distance. As her mental condition deteriorated, I moved her in with my family in Colorado about 5 years ago. About a year later, she needed to be in the care of a skilled nursing facility. Last night, she passed away. Throughout this cruel aging process, the documents I had were never questioned and enabled me to tend to mom’s financial and medical affairs.
