Hiring Attorney Susan Albertoni was the single worst decision I’ve made in my legal journey. I paid her $6,000 in attorney fees for absolutely nothing of value. Most of my charges came from her “reviewing” my case and sending endless clarifying questions — not to strategize or move things forward, but simply to burn through my retainer. She claimed $5,000 of my bill was for “reading” my case, yet when court day came, she still asked me to remind her of the details. She was an hour late to court without even notifying me, leaving me sitting there wondering if she would show up at all. To say that I am extremely disappointed and upset with the paid legal services provided by Susan Albertoni and the law firm of Albertoni and Associates is a huge understatement. The lack of communication, failure to manage my case efficiently and in a timely manner, as well as the surprise charges for unseen and unheard of services is just the start. She listens to the needs of her clients and builds her case or defense based upon those individual needs. She is fair and very friendly. Susan was beyond wonderful. She came in and listened to the whole story. She took the case serious and she handled it so professionally. This was not an easy case but she handled it so gracefully.
