They are very polite but waste you time. From the moment I talked to them they said that I had a good chance of winning my case so I paid the retainer and sent them every bit of information they’d need and then some mind you this is back in November then they proceeded to continuously bill me for research and drafting motions which came out to 2700 dollars we are now in March and nothing has been filed no discoveries have been done after being told that by the 20th of February something would be done just to get a call six days later saying they paused work on my case and then I get another call today saying they are dropping my case because they didn’t like what I had to say about nothing being done on my case I highly don’t recommend like I said super polite and friendly but nothing bein

Highly recommend going in for a consultation if, like me, you took one look at the divorce application and knew you were out of your deapth! Set up a consultation, afterwards I left feeling like I had a better understanding of my legal situation and how best to plan ahead. I am hoping my situation won't evolve to the point I need legal services, but if it does I will be right back in Akaigo's office. I worked directly with Kingston during the consultation but if the rest of the attorneys at Akaigo have the same professionalism and directness I am confident I would be well served.
