MY boyfriend got assigned Tyler dugger as a conflict lawyer and he seems to be working for the opposite party has not shown up for court and does not return calls. I met with Mr. Tyler Dugger the 2nd week of July 2017 for an initial consultation in regards to 2 small claims cases. I told him that I had previously contacted another attorney in town in regards to these cases and that I fired the attorney because he never filed the cases with the courts or did any work on the cases in over 1 months time.
