I cannot say enough about the outstanding work of Steven Adcock and his office. After dealing with a nightmare attorney a few years ago, I was referred to Steve to help reconcile the situation—and I am beyond grateful that I made the switch. Simone outright lied to the probate judge. She told the judge, in a whisper, that I refused to cooperate. She knew better & the judge did too being that I was THERE and had participated the whole time. I only learned of her claim after the court document was made public. She also had 2 calls on the same issue. The 1st one was me looking for mediation. The 2nd was the other person. For some unknown reason, she chose the latter & refused to mediate. She knew there were ethical issues w/ the case but ignored it. This severely contributed to a great divide in the family. I'll be reporting this to the State Bar.

Very Unprofessional office. We had a consultation with Stephen and he didn’t seem interested in the case and was a little condescending and insensitive. Nevertheless, we wanted to still work with him because he was very knowledgeable. Called the office to schedule another appointment and they said they would give us a call back. No call received. We called again and was told the same thing. Called again and now the office won’t answer our calls. Be professional and let us know up front that he doesn’t want to take the case instead of playing cat and mouse with us.

My experience with Mr. Adcock was exceptional. He was compassionate and encouraging as he guided me through a process that lasted more than a year. Communication was always prompt and he thoroughly answered any questions I had. In addition, all of the staff that I encountered was very courteous and knowledgeable. Any expectations I had were exceeded and I was very well represented. Highly Recommend!

Simone Horne took our case in at the very LAST minute. She literally agreed to take us on a PFA case the DAY BEFORE COURT. She met us at the court house and went through all of our evidence with us 30 minutes before. She went into the courtroom and fought for us like she had known us forever. She shut down every lie the petitioner had to throw and she got the order dropped. We are so incredibly grateful for the effort she went through for us is such a short amount of time. If we EVER have to return to Alabama for court for any reason, she will be the first attorney we call.
