These people are rude beyond belief, try to make a payment and I'm talked to with complete disrespect and attitudes. They stopped taking arrange automatic payments through court orders and are threatening I'm in default plus will go back to court. Tried to set up new payments and want unreasonable monthly payments. Will continue to volunteerly make reasonable monthly payments like I was before until debt is cleared.

Going through credit counseling…. This office is horrible to negotiate with! They would not work with the negotiator at all, despite having been informed I am on a fixed income and am struggling financially. I finally gave in and accepted their offer after they filed suit. I found out they actually raised the amount they would accept. Beyond uncaring and unfeeling. The only good thing I can say is that the woman I spoke with concerning some paperwork was pleasant

This company is completely unethical and fraudulant in my opinion. Had a case with Amex, told them I had an attorney representing me against the individual that perpetrated the fraud against me, gave them his information and never heard back from them until I got a judgement in the mail from the court. I call them and first they tell me it's not "their" responsibility to "contact my attorney that I was supposed to have him contact them" then they tell me that they DID call him on July 1st 2016, left him a message, he RETURNED their call THAT day, (yeah right, I can't even get him to call ME back and I'm paying him) and he told them not to call him regarding this matter!! Well, I talk to my attorney and he not only says that they NEVER called him, he also tells me he wasn't even in the STAT

Literally scummy lawyers at the best …… buying peoples bad debt and then trying to sue them for something that has already been charged off …..well like I said at court you’ll be talking to my lawyer ……. Case dismissed……. What you do is far from legal …… I wish google had zero stars

Rude customer support. Just called them to ask how to make a payments, and was answered by secretary that she didn't care how and had very unpleasant conversation.
