My husband was in a serious auto accident, and he has access to attorneys through his employer. Out of several choices of law offices available, we chose to call Zolton. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude (she was on speaker so I could hear her). My husband had just started to tell her that he was in an auto accident, when she interrupted and asked if we had contacted our insurance company.
