I wanted to do business with the firm because of its great reviews and openness to serving diverse populations. But, unfortunately, I have been given the runaround. On July 8, I filled out their easy online inquiry form. On July 12, I received an email indicating that someone would contact me shortly. On July 15, I received an email from Leah thanking me for my interest in the firm and asking if I would be willing to watch a presentation to prepare me for my initial consultation with the firm. I thought That would be a great idea to help ease anxiety and to provide some background education that I might not possess. Prior to our meeting, Barry (Mr. Zimmer) provided us with some materials to complete which we found very helpful in focusing our thoughts on what my wife and I had set out to accomplish. The initial meeting and subsequent meetings were always in a very comfortable setting. During these meetings, Barry asked us some very thoughtful questions that helped us produce the Plan tailored to our needs.
