Unfortunately after a variety of phone calls and emails expressing what needed to be said in the will, there was still confusion on the day of signing as to what we wanted the will to state. As other reviewers have stated, it was as if he didn’t know who we were or what we were wanting to accomplish when we came to the signing. Mr. Kelly Zier did catch some of his mistakes on his own, but had to keep running back to make several edits before we got to sign. I did notice during our initial consultation that his desk was very heavily covered with stacks of paper, suggesting that they may be a bit too overwhelmed with cases. Mr. K. Zier was disorganized in a time when I truly needed a competent lawyer. I met with him in person and told him exactly what was needed and when I needed it. He called me after the time frame given and didn’t know who I was, Confused me with another client and didn’t remember meeting with me in person. Very disappointed with a local lawyer.

For two months they had me thinking I had a lawyer, turns out they didn't have any documents filed but had all my information, wills, probate info. I had to call multiple times, they said they forgot about me. I gave them another chance, after a week no changes or phone call. Terrible experience.

Working with this young man is THE most pleasant experience I have ever had with a lawyer. His ethics are impeccable. He is thoughtful and thorough; and if you are blessed to secure his services, you truly have been blessed by the Lord! Nuff said@

I would never recommend Kelly Zier. We retained his services to help probate my father's will. We had an appointment to provide him the information and documents he needed to help with the probate. He never provided any services. I phoned his office numerous times for two months for information regarding the progress of the probate. He didn't return any phone calls or send any correspondence regarding probating the estate. Due to not providing any services, not returning phone calls and no correspondence informing of he progress, he cost the estate thousands of dollars,. Professionals provide services in a timely manner and communicate with their clients. Kelly Zier doesn't fall into the category as professional. Professionals respect their clients.
