Zachary W. Rennick Attorney at Law

I rented a property owned by Zachary. He and the property management company are trying to get over $800 out of me for damages that were present at move in, items that were not present at move in, and services that could not have happened. He is a terrible, greedy landlord, so I can't imagine he'd be a good lawyer at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for any and all services you could get from Zachary. For anyone reading this after Zachary replied: Yes, my apartment was owned by his company. He is the owner of the company and therefore the owner of the property.

He will just take your money. Do not use Zach Rennick for any law or rental services (Oakview Meadows). He owes me over $1,000 that I won’t get back unless I go to court over it. He is a SCAM!

Very very very very very very unreliable!!!! Dont expect anything to be done in a timely manner...even after paying full price ( no payments). I kind of wonder how he is still in business. Never at his "office" either. Assistants are always answering his calls and never know anything. **update*** 2/1/2024*** I got a response finally!! Thank God!! Just about the only one I can rely on. So ridiculous. I dont know what these people commenting with 4 or more stars is doing for this lawyer that I'm not. But it's absolutely ridiculous. I just want to inform people that if you don't have a lawyer that communicates very well then file a lawyer complaint. I will be posting pictures of when I paid in full and when I actually got my case settled.

Tells me that he’ll appear in court for me and then I don’t hear back from him for almost 6 months and wants another payment and didn’t even tell me I had to go to court until like an hour before I had to be there and I ask him to send me information for the court appearance and refuses. Unreliable and unprofessional. I don’t know how anybody could work with this guy. Worst lawyer I’ve ever had and I don’t recommend him to anyone.

Didn't file for me or even show up for the court date after being paid and discussing what I would do going forward. Another random attorney at the court room took pity on me and helped me. Would love to transfer the money I paid this lawyer to that attorney.
