What an absolute nightmare! I purchased a foreclosure in Guilford county. Nothing was thoroughly researched by attorneys. There was all sorts of fun things attached to the property that wasn’t in the notice of sale. A deed of trust, 2 forged deeds, all of which I had to research and take care of myself. I’ve purchased other foreclosures in different counties, not represented by this firm and it was a breeze when it came to selling the property. I will never purchase another foreclosure that is run through this firm!!!! Do your damn job!!!!
They don’t answer email or phone call they call me back but the phone number is horrible
