I contacted a specific lawyer at the firm through a case that I opened with my legal insurance. I never heard back so I contacted the firm directly. I heard back from a "front desk" person who told me she would check on it. I never heard anything again. Fortunately for me I was able to figure out the estate process without their help. Update: I received an apology from the lawyer and the front desk person. Both were sincere. It is just frustrating to feel ignored when you are thrust into being executor of your mother’s estate, a place you don’t want to be for many reasons. Thank you.
