Young Williams Child Support

Initially the attorney I was working with seemed responsive, but in the end she ended up settling with my ex for $60 less per month than what the court ordered, without my permission. Then... after trying to reach out to find out why 7 times I eventually gave up. I can't get anyone to return calls now. I realize they're busy, and working for the government but they're not doing their jobs correctly and that my friend is unacceptable!

I couldnt even get ahold of them they have no phone number posted at all I got ahold of the dcf and that lady didn't even know how to transfer my call to them. They gave me the wrong case file once I did get ahold of them to track down a paternity test that was done for my daughter and her father. They can't find it they said, I drove all the way to the court house in Columbus for no reason because the copy of the paternity test wasn't even in the darn file!!!!! I was so mad and I still am very mad because my income taxes is being held up because they LOST MY PATERNITY TEST RESULTS!! They are very unprofessional and I wouldn't go to them if someone paid me to. U lost the paperwork for a paternity test, I wouldn't trust u now!

Not good on keeping to their word and have no way to get ahold of them and they lie to bad I cant prove that they probably steal money from hard workers and tell u something totally different I dont trust dcf or kanas child support

The customer service is horrible, they do not care to actually help and make a different. Whenever you bring concerns to them it seems to fall on deaf ears! It’s shameful to be honest. This place has never assisted me in a positive manner.

This place is completely worthless!! Wasted months of my time telling me they are working on my case only to never call back. When I call to find out what’s up they tell me to call Topeka. I could’ve done that months ago. Don’t ever use this place!!!!!
