Do NOT use this firm. I engaged this firm to help with a legal action that I needed to address from two years ago. After engaging the firm, I received little to no feedback from my attorney on my case. I asked the attorney if it would be best if I worked with a paralegal so I could get responses to the questions that I had and updates on my case. I was assigned a paralegal. I reached out to that paralegal and asked about the best way to communicate and stated that we could simply do everything through email to make it easier for her. That was the agreed-upon communication style. Over the next Nearly 2 years, I literally received no updates on my case over that two year period after sending multiple emails texts and phone calls.
