My wife and I were members of a homeowner’s association where John Kraft was our attorney. Over a period of several years, we found him to be unethical, deceitful, vindictive, and egotistical. John Kraft does not settle, even when it is in the best interest of his clients. I found that he has ignored both county laws and state laws during the course of his practice, some may say VIOLATED those laws. Finally, he recently intentionally advised his clients to break state law pertaining to Indiana state HOA laws. This despite the fact it was not in the best interest of his clients. People are afraid of this man. I have personally filed THREE complaints to the Indiana State Supreme Court, Disciplinary Commission regarding his practice of law. The response I received from the state was not that

John Kraft only wants your money and never calls back. Going on two years of incompetence. His receptionist is also VERY rude. They do not genuinely care about anyone. More greed by lawyers. They do not care if you just lost a loved one or about the emotional rollercoaster your family is on. It's ALL about the money. Do not waste your time with this lawyer.
