This place is horrendously organized. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone without being met with hostile tone/attitude, an overall unwillingness to help callers/victims, and systematic bureaucracy that helps support offenders/criminals as any reports seem to get lost in the process. I have tried to call so many times regarding a PFA violation and both the police department and district court have been useless. This lack of support genuinely impacts people’s lives, and they do not care. They seem bothered to have to do their jobs. 10/10 to not recommend seeking help or representation through this court!!!!

I wrote an email that was very specific regarding state law violation to the DA which trickled down to a coordinator. Coordinator's response was out in left field. It's obvious that the person didn't read my email.... A pure waste of my time. Don't hold your breath if you plan on getting a smart and relevant response from this place.

I am trying to a fine. The women was rude and uncouth from the start. She would not listen to me so she came back and gave me someone else’s personal information. Once I gave her my correct info she said she was unable to access the fines I owe and I need to call back later and speak to a manager. The lack of ability to listen and rudeness is something I haven’t experienced in a long time. The women said she was a temp I think this was an attempt to give me an excuse on why she is unable to do her job.

Fix your google map listing. What a waste of time trying to find and call this place. Take an hour, two, a day just have one person change it. Only reason we found this place was because of a helpful old man. It’s on the opposite end of the street btw.
