Unprofessional and incompetent. Paid them 2 retainers and they failed to fight upon my behalf, leaving me to pay for the other party’s fees. Was better off going with a public defender.

As a long-standing client of Attorney Yona’s office, I expected professionalism and effective communication. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short in multiple respects. From the onset, it has been exceedingly difficult to speak directly with Attorney Yona. Despite my numerous attempts to reach her, I have been unable to establish direct communication. The staff who answer the phone are frequently unprofessional, rude, and dismissive, often hanging up without providing adequate assistance. They seem defensive, lacking basic customer service skills and any awareness of client care. Additionally, my cases have been mishandled, resulting in crucial mistakes. Yona Gregory and her office have been handling my evictions for years.
