Spoke with Kevin an attorney back in February 2025 about a deed transfer into a trust. Was told this was relatively quick and easy. I initiated email and telephone follow-ups for 3 months without response. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Do not use.

I would NOT recommend them for anything to do with any properties or closings. Myself and my neighbor have let Kevin and Braylee know personally numerous times since November of 2024 that they have a drug addicted squatter in one of their properties that is now my neighbor. They simply DO NOT CARE. I am not kidding when I say Kevin said “it’s hard to deal with”. Being a paralegal myself I know it’s “hard” however no one has served them any official notice of eviction or done ANYTHING and we are going on 6 months. To the point were Kevin refuses to answer my calls now because he doesn’t want to deal with it. Squatter does whatever she wants agressive dogs, using people’s trash cans, Christmas lights, grilling, painting the house etc. Not to mention he’s been rude everytime I’ve had to spea
