Complete waste of your time. I had a case they were working on for almost a year. No communication or updates. I finally got ahold of the owner and received a call that everything was moving along. A week later out of nowhere I got a letter in the mail saying they would no longer represent me. Probably because I questioned if they are a legit law firm and that they also do a terrible job. I don’t believe Kettering health handled or is handling the cyber attack correctly. They need to take steps until they can guarantee our PHI is safe. So I reached out to get information and initially agreed to look at the word again documentation for the cyber attack. The representative sent me a copy and told me I would get a reminder that night. I reviewed the document and said I didn’t want to proceed. So I called the representative back within a day or two and told him I was not interested right now so please stop the emails. He said he would but I continue to get the emails daily or almost daily. I have responded by email, but the spam from the law firm continues to occur.
