Our HOA uses them as their management company. They claim that they will protect our properties, but my the neighbors next door to me, broke the covenant laws and changed their landscaping without obtaining permission or a licensed, insured contractor. Because the job was done incorrectly, it resulted in major damage being done to my property! When I contacted Association Link (his property management company) they told me that it was a civil matter and that there was nothing they could do. They suggested I hire a lawyer and take the neighbors to court! They are terrible! The residents in my neighborhood don’t trust them and want them fired!
