I had a concerning experience involving billing and authorization with this firm and attorney Keith. An attorney I am currently working with reached out only to inquire about possible co-counseling. There was no formal invitation, no engagement letter, and no authorization for representation. My only direct contact with Keith was a very brief phone call that was limited strictly to a discussion of potential pricing, not legal advice or retention. Despite this, Keith filed a Notice of Appearance in my case without my consent and later issued an invoice for work I did not request or authorize.
