2 stars because they got the listing unsuspended. 2 stars for value . We were charged over $5k for a simple issue and appeal. There are other firms that charge MUCH LESS for the same service. $900 for the same service, or $2900 for A FULL YEAR OF ACCOUNT PROTECTION. (You can find alternative firms on Google... The one i found is on Grinnell St if that helps you Google. Don'tallow these guys to take advantage of you. Good attorneys... Everyone I have worked with have been so helpful, kind and professional in assisting me with my legal needs. However one thing that would've helped me going in is to get an estimate/quote before going through with the services. I didn't expect to be hit with such a large invoice with no heads up, quote, discussion about costs of the service, or pre authorization. Hope that can maybe help any one out

This intellectual property firm in Salt Lake City is top tier. Their creative process is unique for each client and not just a cookie cutter approach. When I meet with them I have their full attention. The IP attorneys are incredibly intelligent and are capable of covering any possible subject or invention.

I haven't used their legal services, so I can't rate those (thus the 4 stars rating instead of 5). I stopped in to ask some non-legal related questions. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, directing me to the website for further information. The website was more helpful than I would expect. There was an issue with some of the information on the website, so I called in and the staff members were once again helpful and addressed the issue.
