Absolute waist of time and money! We were told in the very beginning if we ever had a concern or question regarding an invoice from this office, to bring it to their attention. We actually had a lengthy list of concerns regarding the billing, but unfortunately Zach Womack would not allow us to discuss those matters and withdrew himself from our case immediately. Be ready to discuss your entire case from the beginning to present each time you have a conference with this man. He either has a very poor memory or its a part of his strategy to take your money!

My initial contact with Mr. Zack Womack went very well. He explained the probate court process where I got a good understanding to make decisions regarding my case. He is one of two lawyers that I'm strongly consider hiring in my case because of his probate court knowledge.

Dax Womack was recommended to me by another local law firm, since they did not represent traffic violations. I went into the Womack law offices and was immediately greeted by Dax. I explained my sons traffic violation, and he filled me in on what I should do that would probably be best for my son and family to avoid higher insurance cost. Dax said he would be happy to represent my son in court if we really wanted to try and fight the ticket since it did have discrepancies that could be argued, but probably not worth it in the end.
