Ed Wollman had been my father's attorney for years and reviewed his documents with him faithfully every five years. Before my dad went into Hospice, Ed and his team were a great source of information and comfort during a difficult time. After his passing it was made easier navigating closing the estate with his team and words of encouragement. The value of knowing that everything was handled in the courts was a huge relief. I wish 0 star. Mr Smith did a trust for my, now deceased husband and I 5 yrs ago, when we went the 2nd time to go over what jojo did I found several mistakes she had made. I almost wasn’t going to let him continue but I sadly did. I didn’t feel good about him or jojo. I just had my will done by an amazing attorney and she found the biggest mistake. The reason we had the trust done to begin with. Jojo had listed someone we wanted disinherited, as my son, he is my husbands NOT mine. He is not. Had I not, saw my attorney now 1/3 of what I have could have gone to him. This is so disturbing and I believe it was intentional for some sick reason.
