I got the law firm info from the NC Bar Referral Service. It took 7 days after I called and left a message to get a response (by email), to which I replied within 4 minutes. Five days and a couple of emails later, I still had no response. If you can't help me, at least have the courtesy to tell me that instead of ghosting me. Unprofessional.
