Being charged with a DWI is always stressful but I am so thankful I made the decision to hire Mr. Pfeiffer. He and his legal team pored over my case, including written testimony and body cam footage, and were able to raise sufficient reasonable doubt; enough to secure a favorable plea agreement that saw my DWI reduced to Reckless Driving with no loss of my license. It’s worth stating that before the agreement, he was intent on trying the case and as he put it, willing to “fight like hell” for an acquittal. He is knowledgeable, honest, thorough and straightforward. All the qualities you would want when putting your life and freedom in someone’s hands. After having Mark Pascuci set up Trust Funds & final wishes the family fell apart & when asked for assistance in getting funds that were mine back from family member Mark did nothing but to talk directly to the family member rather than treat the request of legal remedy. He claimed doing me a favor for not billing & then after months went by recently tells me he has no idea of what i wanted him to do. I wouldn't recommend this firm for any reason as totally unprofessional & im left totally unrepresented. Not to ever use again & dont recommend them st all.

Probably the worst law firm I have ever encountered. Luckily my legal and negotiating skills sufficiently dealt with the issue I had referred to them. I never even got to meet with a lawyer after 1 month of being processed for intake after multiple calls and even a visit to the office. What an absolute shame. I would be professionally embarrassed to be here. What a way to treat an Active Duty Navy Sailor. Bravo.

I have used the law firm and multiple lawyers within their firm.. most recent was Mark Stokes for a traffic accident and I have nothing bad to say or any complaints. They are professional, punctual and all around friendly and know what they are doing!
