Be very cautious about billing practices I normally do not write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Short version: outrageous, duplicative and unreasonably inflated billing practices. Absolutely not client-oriented. If you can, stay away. Long version: I hired Wobber Law Group for a family matter. While the initial communication was polite, I found the billing practices to be extremely concerning. My invoices contained multiple charges that appeared duplicative or inflated for the work performed. When I asked for clarification and provided a detailed breakdown showing the discrepancies, the firm declined to review the issues in detail and stated that no further discussion would be provided. Kathleen was recommended to me from a dear friend who used to be a divorce lawyer in Baltimore County. I already had hired an attorney and when I told my friend, she immediately said, "no, you need Kathleen Wobber"! Within 5 minutes of meeting her, I knew she was the one for me. The 1st 3 things she said: 1. Start dreaming about your new life. 2. It's my job to handle the mess, you just dream. 3. "We both want me out of your life as quickly as possible and with the least expense and the best possible outcome for you." I'm still trying to master the dreaming part but I am confident that Kathleen and her staff worked their butts off for me. Not only is she an awesome divorce lawyer, her tax implication skills are top notch. My divorce agreement was signed yesterday. Am I happy, no.

I was incredibly lucky to accidently end up with Ned Richardson to help me along with my divorce/custody case. I don't believe there's anybody else that has the heart he has for his work and his clients. I hope I won't need him again, but if I do, there's no question on who I would call.
