I engaged Francis Kailey in 2025 to see me through the complicated and stressful legal process of a residential eviction. In regards to Francis Kailey I have the highest respect for Mr. Kailey and his ability to resolve problems applying laws to the facts. A dangerous tenant can be very threatening. Mr. Kailey resolved the many problems before and after they occurred in a manner that was easily understood by a layperson, but not at all condescending as he explained all to me. I have such confidence in his legal expertise and chair-side manner. Mr. Kailey understood my problem and was empathetic. I highly recommend him.
