Would give 0 stars if possible. A debt collectors job is to find the person responsible for the debt, yet they have failed to do their job for several years now. Instead they track down the person that followed directions despite having a name and address for the one that owes the debt. Their accounting team is not helpful or aware of what their job is and the man that usually answers the phone is extremely rude. I understand they deal with all kinds of people but when someone is trying to work out a payment plan or resolution there is no need to be so disrespectful. Don't expect anything from a debt collector other than harassment and degradation.

I tried to pay off a balance owed by my unhoused brother, fully understanding they cannot disclose personal information. However, I already knew what was owed and was only trying to pay off the debt-which is obviously the goal of a debt collector. Dale would not even allow me to make the offer or even listen to what I had to say. Too bad for them. My brother is a traveler and lives out of his truck. Good luck serving him papers. I was the best bet they had for collecting anything at all.

While Withrow and Brunson did initiate legal action regarding a large debt, they proved to be fair negotiators. They were willing to offer various payment options and eventually accepted a settlement to clear the account. Overall, they are professional to work with if you are looking to resolve an outstanding balance

Very unprofessional and does not follow consumer laws in regards to debts owed. This company knowingly allowed garnishments to continue although my account had been paid to $0 over a week now and still counting. They closed out my file the same day of payment but refuse to send my employer and the third party involved my release. Having my check repeatedly garnished after a satisfied total payment is considered foreseeable harm, and they were adequately made aware of that! I'm so sick and feel defeated right now because I've done everything I could to FINALLY get back on my feet and take care of past obligations, but this company continues to take from me.

I really wish I could give negative stars. These people are non responsive and vultures. They flat out refuse to respond to countless attempts to communicate.
