If you want to get lied too and make a reasonable agreement do not go here. Ms. Witherspoon lied to her client about what was discussed. She made a situation 10xs worse than it had to be. The parties agreed and she made it seem they were trying to get something they were not. She was rude disrespectful in court and continued to make herself look ridiculous asking questions that were just answered. She badgered the client into asking for things that were already agreed upon by the parties.
