I tried to get in contact with Mrs Krause, not only did she have a terrible attitude, she told me “your currently not a important client, please don’t call back” this is a new level of un professionalism that i’ve never seen before in my life, truly unbelievable. hopefully this review gets in contact of someone that can control that, or get her re trained or something, truly unacceptable.

I’ve been calling there for two days and left messages and text messages and no one has called me back.

Voicemails are left alot and no return from public defender.ive been with them.2 years on this case and no calls ever..on emails.

After calling back to back for a week still haven’t heard anything back. My public defender doesn’t even answer the phone. I’ve left more than 4 voicemails and haven’t received anything back.
