retained this law office between October 27 and November 5 and paid $8,000 upfront. After only two court dates, I was told I needed to provide an additional $5,000. Thousands of dollars from my original retainer were withdrawn with little to no explanation or detailed accounting provided. Additionally, $1,300 was taken from my account without clear communication, and I was told that amount would be refunded. Instead of receiving clarification or the promised refund, I have since been repeatedly contacted regarding a remaining $20 balance.
