I’ve spoken with more than twenty attorneys in the last few days, and this firm stands out as the single most unprofessional experience by a mile. I left a clear voicemail and received a return call from a woman who seemed to be an attorney. The call was nothing short of dealing with the rudest, most dismissive person I’ve spoken to in over a decade. She didn’t offer legal analysis. She offered excuses. Every nuanced issue I raised was met with lazy bumper sticker answers that weren’t backed by any statute, case law, trust language, or even basic familiarity with the Florida Trust Code. It became obvious very quickly that she didn’t actually understand the laws she claimed to practice. Instead of engaging with documented evidence, timelines, and trust violations, she brushed off everythin

One of the worst attorney interactions I’ve ever had. The woman who called me back wasn’t just rude, she shut down every point I raised with answers that were flat-out wrong under Florida law. It felt like she hadn’t actually read a trust statute in years. Instead of offering real legal insight, she tossed out snap judgments, acted annoyed that I knew what I was talking about, and then casually dropped their twenty-thousand-dollar retainer like that excused her not wanting to do the work. If you’re dealing with anything more complicated than a simple will signing, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

These are the worst kind of lawyers they over promised, over charged and under delivered. it was an awful experience during a difficult time. I engaged Wintter Law to settle a small estate for my deceased sister. The total assets involved amounted to approximately $100,000.00 of which about $90,000.00 came from the sale of her condominium. I live out of state so my interaction was by phone or email. I was told to expect a $3,000 to $5,000 bill based on the size and simplicity of the estate. it ended up being $24,576.45! The case was passed around to at least 4 different attorneys and paralegals causing duplication, delays and confusion. When I asked for an accounting of the time billed I was told I should be grateful they did not charge more. There are some good people there but a

They did a great job assisting me with my father’s estate. I felt that Tyra was exceptional in communication and displaying compassion and empathy—a big thank you to the team for guiding me and my family through a difficult period.

Poor communication and handling. The original attorney left the Firm in the middle of my case and it appeared that there was little knowledge of the details of my case. The Firm's email was hacked without notification. My case was then abandoned with no communication. Multiple requests were ignored for clarification of whether my case had closed, as well as, for a statement.
