We were referred to Mr Winslow to handle a Company Bankruptcy for an owner who had passed away. It started off well. Mr Winslow was very attentive and helpful… however, it’s has dragged on for close to 2 years now, and communications are strained, no updates and the only way you get updates are via mail after something has happened. We are attempting to work with Mr Winslow, however, he has left us without answers and in a mess and seems unwilling to fight against accusations made by other parties and their representatives and protect his client. He simply just wants to go along with whatever other parties state. This firm was paid in full upfront . We don’t know why Mr Winslow has chosen this route, you ask questions, he gets defensive and short via email and no return call. Is this what
