We rented a few timeshare units for a week long family vacation but sadly hurricane Ian destroyed most of Sanibel Island,Fl. on September 28,2022 .There was a mandatory evacuation and the disaster occurred.The problem arose when all renters of units and owners returned fees to those that had rented from them because of that disaster.
