I contacted Winckler, Harvey & McConnell, LLP about serious issues at a nursing home, including assault and privacy violations along with several other issues. Due to my disabilities, I requested communication via email or text, but they never responded. Their poor customer service for disabled clients is unacceptable. I don’t recommend them. Update: Mr. McConnell reached out directly and let me know that there was a lapse in process that caused me to go overlooked. I appreciate his professionalism and ownership of the issue and am working with him very closely. Will update throughout the process.
