Literally the worst experience I've ever had with an attorney. If he is representing the buyers of your real estate, accept another offer. Especially if it is a cash offer and you suspect they may switch to financing. Using a rare legal maneuver orchestrated by Mr. Wilson (3 hrs after the originally schedule closing), this delayed our closing 12 days, putting our new purchase in jeopardy, leaving us (and our two little kids) without a house during that time, and costing us thousands in additional moving, storage, living costs. Run away fast.

Very professional. They closed our Equity line of credit loan. Mr. Wilson explained everything so we knew what to expect when our 3 day right of rescission was up. We are glad to provide them with 5 Stars!
