Very misleading website and rude! They claim to have won cases for diminished in value for vehicles on their website and have tons of FAQS and information regarding car accident diminished in value claims. Yet you call and speak to Caitlyn and she states we don't handle diminished in value... She had zero clue that the website states they have won cases and has tons of information on the Kentucky DMV laws..... Yikes how professional!

I found them through the hammer I had previously tried Morgan & Morgan but was treated as if I was looking for a handout. Since hiring Mr. McQueen they have brought my case to court I have been able to get the surgery needed to repair my workplace injury. They have been nothing but polite and helpful to me during this process I have not yet settled my case but will update review after litigation has concluded. Post Settlement Agreement Review: They got me a winning Verdict with ALL MEDICAL BILLS PAID and a Award of $38,000.
