I'm writing to express my frustration regarding the recent tax sale notice for my property. It appears Bryan Loya initiated a fake tax sale, and the burden of proof to rectify this error fell upon me. This situation has wasted my time, as I had to prove that the notice was incorrect. I believe this incident highlights a lack of due diligence, and I wanted to bring it to others attention. The danger of what they're doing is that how many other letters do they send these to? And how many others don't do the due diligence I did and just pay the fee out of intimidation since they think they have a tax issue.

I've been working with Charlotte, Sam, Lisa, and Jeff for a handful of years now.
