In my opinion it is abundantly obvious why this firm has such poor ratings. To all considering their services please review my perspective prior to spending hard earned dollars on a potential subservice. Nonetheless, their discovery phone call represented horrendous customer service with a behavior that correlates with a corporate service versus a client based case focus. Unfortunately, my initial consultation was conducted by a claimed unlicensed individual who refused to take case nor would she relate as to why.
