I'm a truck driver and Terry Malone got me a satisfied result on some traffic violations. Terry is a very typical attorney that doesn't listen to much what the customer has to say. But in the end I didn't get a moving violations on my CDL which is the most important. I did had to pay some fine.

I tried to communicate with Esq. Terry Malone about my concerns with my son’s case in which he is/was hired and received funds to do his work. In return the first day he was able to speak to me and explain his thoughts and plans. However the next day he had given me a very different perspective of him. He yelled at me. I tried to change the tone but he didn’t want to hear me. And Esq. Terry Malone has been given the same behavior to others that are supporting my son. Not a professional option for attorney. Respectfully.

I don't know if Terry Malone will remember this, but he represented me in the case in Greenville. I was a truck driver. And a man named Kenny L ran a stop sign. I think because he had a heart attack but at any point I T-bones him in the semi truck and Kenny died. I was charged with the vehicular manslaughter and was facing about 20 years. Don't ever use this attorney he is incompetent. He has multiple cases against him for incompetence. He will do you wrong. They need to take his license away for good.

Yelled at me on the phone when i asked follow up questions about the court date that had happened day prior. Told me he didn’t care about my “problems” I was dealing with because from the whole case. Very unprofessional.
