I needed to discuss the advantages & disadvantages of a bankruptcy. Mr. Lively welcomed me into his office, helped me feel comfortable and asked several questions about my situation. He helped ease my mind about bankruptcy and that it too shall pass. I ended up not needing his services, but if you find yourself in a situation where bankruptcy will benefit you, I will not hesitate in recommending him!!!

I was very unhappy with this lawfirm. They would not return phone calls. They would not provide any guidance. My Bankruptcy was handled poorly and I am paying the consequences for this lawfirms poor handling of my case. I do not recommend!!!!
