I was told to call back today. Monday December 15th and I’ve called 5-6 different times and have left a voicemail each and every time. I’m trying to get my bill resolved and set up some kind of payment arrangement. I’m not sure why the receptionist isn’t picking up? I have 2 small children who depend on me and another one on the way. The last thing I need is a bench warrant out for my arrest because they aren’t picking up the phone… I’ve called several times today, the day they told me to call back last time I was able to speak with them. Nobody has answered or attempted to call me back.

IM NOT SURE HOW TO START THIS REVIEW. I SWEAR THIS BILL HAS BEEN PAID X 2. HOWEVER, IT KEEPS GOING N GOING FOR 20 PLUS YEARS. FEELS A LITTLE a little shady. People are correct, nobody answers the phone. I have tried many times making a payment. Nobody returns calls. Rarely. I'm trying to work with these people. They need to return calls. They need to leave messages. I understand you guys have a job to do. Called customer service. Why be rude to the ones actually trying here.

I called for weeks to set up a payment plan. When I finally got ahold of someone, I asked if we could just garnish my checks for a certain amount. They were supposed to send me paperwork. I waited two weeks with no paperwork so, I called back and they said they would resend it. I filled it out, drove all the way to Winfield, took it to the courthouse, myself, got a court date and then hand delivered it to Muret’s office. I have a court date for the 30th of this month and I woke up to a garnishment of 350.00 this morning.

This place has tried to get me for Contempt of court so many times I have been calling for the last 3 months and no one answers the phone . like hiw are is it thats its our fault they dont answer or do what they say they going to do . some people dont have a car or live in town like me . u cant even go in there office to make a payment . i want a recipte for what i paid . not just put my money in a invlope and slid it under the door . and when u call them if u can get a answer they will tell u we dont mail them out . i want to kbiw that my money is being put to my bill . grrrrr

Never got served paperwork to show up on zoom for court meeting apparently. So they just start garnishing my check
