As a Realtor, Bill has always been exceptional with every client I've sent to him. Buyer clients and seller clients love him and he goes to bat for them. A Realtor is only as good as her team and w/ Bill on my team, I bat like Ty Cobb.
He's a pleasure to work with. Gave great advice and was patient with us. He went beyond his job as an attorney and would research the property looking for comps to see if we were getting a fair price. Will be using him again since our attorney for 25 years retired and we were looking for a good replacement. Bill was referred by a friend who is a realtor.
