There is something weird about this attorney. He originally (1/27) called to say he was representing the estate of an ex neighbor, that she acquired property from us via Quit Claim. He then proceeded to say the Quit Claim was incomplete. He asked if we would sign a notarized affadavit to correct the issue. Three days later (1/30) he calls again to see if we mailed it back to him, that he had mailed it out the Saturday (1/25) before. We never met this man and don't understand how he could mail us something BEFORE even communicating with us. On his second call he was told we had not received what he supposedly sent and he informed us he would contact a notary to come to our home for notary purposes.
