I've had a great experience with Bill and his team. They were all very polite and professional. He worked in a timely manner and explained the process in ways I understood.

I have been dealing with Bill and his team for almost 4 years now. He seemed very responsive in the beginning. Then he started blaming all delays on the probate judge. Now I cannot even get him to respond to an email for updates on the estate going through his practice. I would not recommend using this practice!

She walked me through every step of the process and didn’t mind that I had many questions. I was hesitant as I had never used their firm before. But I didn’t need to be.
