William A. Fawcett Attorney

Mr. Fawcett was the attorney who prepared the Living Trust for my parents. Following the death of my Father, my Mother, Sister, and myself met with William Fawcett to amend the Trust, which included adding my Sister and myself as co-trustees. Realizing later that my sister was controlling the affairs of my Mother, I visited Mr. Fawcett to address my concerns. As, co-trustee had every right to inquire of financial records, accounting history, and other named documents per the Trust, per Mr. Fawcett's legal Trust document. He almost threw me out of his office because I questioned the morality of what was happening with my Mother's affairs. He told me to talk to my Sister.
