I was very impressed with Attorney Michell and his staff. He was knowledgeable about the legal situation we were encountering. He was easy to speak with, calm and patient. We were glad we chose him to represent our legal need at this time. When we left his office we felt like we’d had chosen the right attorney. So relieved.

We used James Mitchell (Jimmy) to settle an estate as well as to setup a trust. I honestly found Jimmy to be frustrating to work with. First of all, he was never on time and would leave us waiting sometimes up to 15 minutes before strolling into the conference room where he had his special chair he would sit in. Imagine an executive chair at a conference table with all other chairs being normal chairs. Just gives off an air of superiority and very off putting. My time is extremely valuable as well and that didn't seem to concern him in the least. Secondly, he didn't take time to get oriented with our situation prior to coming in the room and we would waste time as a result. On one occasion we were coming into sign documents and he says, what brings you in today. Just inexcusable. Finally
