Worst experience I've ever had closing a real estate transaction. They have a Closing Admin that might be the most unprofessionally rude person I've ever worked with.

WBW helped with my closing of a home, which was a smooth experience. But a year later, I needed to make a change to the deed. I got in contact with Lauren Hribar via email, exchanged a few emails, and then got ghosted. I've sent several follow-ups simply asking if this updating my deed would be doable, no response. The situation was urgent and time sensitive. To refuse service is one thing, to ignore correspondence is another.

Very abrasive people to work with. There's plenty of other options, go literally anywhere else.

This firm advertises that they specialize in UCC law helping small businesses with their start ups, etc but would not even do a consultation with me. I am a small business owner with a customer threatening suit, and wanted legal advice and to potentially retain this firms services. However, after the response I got from their contact page I would not use this firm nor would I recommend them to any small business owners.

I was very disappointed with the service that I had at this law firm. I entered into a contract to buy a house with intent to buy. The contract said my $2000 was refundable before March 12th. When I did receive the $325 less than I gave them. I was very disappointed. They said it went to title fees and the cost of the contract. The contract was misdated and the address was wrong. I could keep going but to no avail. Usually, in the end, the little guy always loses and the elite like these lawyers can take your hard earned money. Be careful
