Our son was killed in a motorcycle accident. Attorney Robert Ortiz and Legal Assistant, April Martinez were pinitol in representing my son. I was hit in a snowstorm by a guy who blew through a stop sign. Car was totaled and my passenger and I suffered some significant injuries. The driver was underinsured due to him having "high risk" insurance so we didn't know if we would even be compensated. Will and his associate Tina worked hard for us and we received a good settlement. Much more than I had hoped for. I know if we'd tried to work with the insurance company by ourselves we would have not received fair compensation. Tina was professional and compassionate. All the fees were disclosed up front and there were no surprises! Highly recommend this firm if you've suffered harm due to the negligence of others.
